Meet Mia.

I've spent twenty-five years at the place where marketing strategy meets the hard part: actually getting it done.

How I got here

My first career was real estate. By 21, I was a licensed broker running my family's boutique firm in Atlanta's luxury new-construction market, guiding multimillion-dollar deals. What pulled me in wasn't the properties. It was the positioning, the story, and the strategy behind why one home sold while another sat.

That instinct led me into marketing. I started in-house, building and running programs for medical device manufacturers, clinical research institutes, and physician training programs across the U.S. and India. Working in regulated industries taught me to earn credibility through expertise, and to build strategy that could survive the day-to-day reality of an organization.

Across the decades that followed, in healthcare, the public sector, professional services, and consumer brands, I kept seeing the same thing. Smart teams with real goals would build a strong plan, then watch it stall the moment it was time to execute. The strategy was sound. The follow-through wasn't built for it. I came to believe most organizations don't have a strategy problem. They have an activation problem.

What I do now

So I built my own path. I founded Integreat Marketing to close that gap, I serve as Managing Director of Relish Brand Partners, and I'm a co-facilitator at Marketing Speaks Academy. Three different audiences, one throughline: shape the thinking, then make sure it holds up in the real work of the organization.

Beyond the work

When I'm not with clients, I mentor emerging marketers and female entrepreneurs across Atlanta. The next generation of this craft is worth investing in, and teaching it keeps my own thinking sharp.
