Hi,

I’m Mia Johnson—marketer, strategist, and partner in helping brands get clear on who they are and show up in a way that works.

I’ve never been one to do things halfway. From launching my first business in college to leading integrated campaigns for global brands, I’ve spent the last 20+ years helping organizations bring clarity to the swirl—and turn big ideas into real traction.

I got my start in real estate, cutting my teeth in Atlanta’s luxury new construction market. By 21, I was a licensed broker managing my family’s boutique firm, guiding multimillion-dollar deals and building brands before I knew that’s what I was doing. But over time, I realized what lit me up most wasn’t the properties—it was the positioning. The storytelling. The strategy.

That insight launched my second act: marketing—but not before I climbed the corporate ladder myself. I worked my way up in the biotech and healthcare industries, starting as an event marketing coordinator and eventually becoming a marketing director. Along the way, I saw firsthand how even the smartest teams struggled to align strategy with execution.

I founded Integreat Marketing to help companies connect the dots between who they are and how they show up in the world. From healthcare and biotech to legal, consumer goods, and civic organizations, I’ve worked with brilliant teams at Bristol Myers Squibb, the City of Atlanta, Kimberly-Clark, Lenbrook, Taylor English, TRC Talent Solutions, and more. The common thread? They needed more than just marketing—they needed a strategic partner who could cut through the noise and help them move forward with clarity.

Today, I serve as Managing Director of Relish Brand Partners—a branding agency built for the ones who’ve outgrown bloated agencies and tired tactics. We’re the agency A-Team: all senior talent, no layers, just results. At Relish, I lead business development, team operations, and client strategy, making sure we’re not just doing great work—but building a business that delivers better. Our sweet spot is helping mid-sized companies, professional service firms, and civic organizations align their strategy, identity, and execution so they can lead with confidence and show up with impact.

I’m a certified PMP, with additional programs in digital media and integrated marketing from Duke and Cornell. I believe in building brands that matter—and in making the path to get there feel a little less overwhelming (and a lot more doable).

Outside of work, I’m deeply committed to mentoring emerging marketers and supporting female entrepreneurs. Whether I’m at the head of a strategy session or behind the scenes turning chaos into calm, I’m always focused on what moves the needle—and why it matters.
